The fight against substance abuse (that is any substance that causes physical, mental or emotional damage either temporary or permanent) in our society, communities and neighborhoods is ongoing, very real and all too often, ends in tragedy. Substance abuse robs many of the quality of life especially our youth, the future’s most valuable resource.
